InterMarket Asset Management has been one of the
leading managers of various asset classes in Ghana for many years now. In 2015, the company won the 1st runner-up award for the Best Investment Bank in Fund Management in Ghana.
Its mutual fund, the CDH Balanced Fund has recorded a return of 148.19% since inception to date and continues to outperform the benchmark (50% GSE Composite Index + 50% 1Yr GOG Treasury Note). Jan-2018 recorded 9.47%, the
best monthly performance whiles Jun-2018 (-3.68%) recorded the lowest performance since inception of the Fund. Year-to-date return on the Fund stands at 18.73%, a 3YR and 5YR compounded returns of 56.18% and 93.64%
respectively.

This is an open-ended investment structure that allows funds to hold assets, and pass profits through to the individual owners, rather than reinvesting them back into the fund. The investment fund is set up under a trust deed. The investor is effectively the beneficiary under the trust.
The company diversifies funds of designated clients by buying stakes in both listed and unlisted companies. We undertake extensive analysis of these companies, and based on findings and clients investments profiles, the unit uses its professional expertise to allocate funds among a range of equities.
Here, periodic contributions, deducted from the income of workers of institutions, are lumped together and invested for a period. Additionally, employers may contribute to the fund to enhance the fund’s value, for the benefit of the employees involved.
InterMarket Asset Management is a private fund manager, licensed by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA). The company manages the Tier II and Tier III pension funds of employees of client companies in accordance with the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766).
This involves the provision of tailor-made investment management services to individual, high net-worth investors. Client’s funds are diversified and managed to achieve the specific client investment objectives.
These are made up of investments by members of formal or informal groups. These include group of workers of an institution, associations, students, families, etc.
The CDH Balanced Fund (The Fund) is an open-ended mutual Fund which shall invest primarily in equity securities listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and fixed income securities.
